Q: What is the format and investment for your strategic consulting services?
A: I offer two formats:
Single Strategy Session: A one-off session for targeted advice on an urgent issue starting at $275.
Ongoing Engagement: A strategic partnership of 6 sessions and offline between session support over 10 weeks starting at $1,200 to achieve a complete strategic outcome. (For large-scale engagements, the fee is based on the scope, but the intent is always to provide executive expertise that leads to a positive ROI.)
Q: If I start with a Single Strategy Session, is that fee credited if I upgrade?
A: Yes. The initial $275 Single Strategy Session fee is fully incorporated into the comprehensive package price. The work completed during that session serves as a focused foundation for our larger, ongoing engagement.
Q: How do you define the boundary between your strategic work and my team's execution?
A: My process is built on clear timelines and pre-decided milestone cadence. I am responsible for the strategy, plan design, and executive oversight. Your team is responsible for the day-to-day execution. I advise on communication strategy to ensure there are no gaps between my strategy and your daily operations.
Q: What is your process for making technology or software recommendations (e.g., for AI Enablement)?
A: My recommendations are a combination of general process improvements and advice on specific software tools/vendors that I deem the best fit for your unique needs. I do not work on any promotion or reseller agreements with third-party vendors, ensuring my advice is always completely objective and solely for your benefit.
