I have Been on This Journey Too

I arrived in the U.S. 15 years ago and took a very long time discovering my new identity here. From failing the driving test several times, to getting a bank account in my name, to finally building my own company — I have seen it all.

I know what it feels like to be uprooted, and then give it your all to get re-rooted. To lose your community, and then build a new one. To go from a top business school graduate to feeling like a lost voice in the professional crowd.

Along the way, I have rediscovered myself many times — as a mother, a founder, a leader, and a woman navigating multiple personal and professional reinventions. I have failed hard, learned deeply, and grown with every step. I am profoundly grateful to the people who showed me the path in moments of pitch darkness.

But I haven’t just lived it — I have studied it too.

I hold a PhD in Organizational Behavior from IIM Ahmedabad, with my research focused on why people hesitate to seek help — a question that has shaped so many coaching moments in Blossom. With a strong foundation in behavioral science, leadership development, and identity transitions, I now bring decades of insight to support others navigating change.

As a founder and executive, I have coached high-growth teams, emerging leaders, and mission-driven professionals around the world. I know what it takes to build — and rebuild — from the inside out.

At this stage in my career, I have poured these experiences into the Elevate Blossom program. My mission is to offer others the same community, clarity, and coaching that I once needed — and still draw from today.
