This program is tailored specifically for high-potential leaders, senior corporate executives, and startup founders who are navigating major career transitions, experiencing executive stagnation, or feeling a disconnect between their daily operations and their true purpose.

2. What is an "identity-first" coaching approach?

Many career coaches jump straight to polishing your resume or rehearsing interview answers. Our "identity-first" approach is different: we start with Identity Excavation to uncover your core drivers. Only after we have defined your internal parameters do we design your outward-facing brand narrative (Identity Architecture and Elevation). This ensures your next move is both fulfilling and highly aligned with your authentic strengths.

3. Do you offer support if I am transitioning from corporate to entrepreneurship?

Absolutely. This is a common path for many of my clients. The program is built to help you bridge this gap. We will work on both your shift in leadership identity and build out the initial strategic concepts for your business, allowing you to transition seamlessly from Elevate Align (coaching) to Elevate Build (business consulting).

4. Do you offer corporate training, division alignment, or team workshops?

Yes, team training and leadership alignment are core areas of my practice. Drawing from my PhD in Organizational Behavior and my experience managing global teams, I design and facilitate bespoke workshops and programs for departments navigating massive structural transformations, rapid scaling phases, or technology integrations.

5. How is the program priced, and do you offer billing options?

To keep our focus entirely on outcomes, our engagements are custom-scoped on a fixed-price project or retainer basis, reflecting premium senior-level advisory values. I do not engage in reselling or work on purely commission bases, ensuring all recommendations are entirely aligned with your best interests.

6. How is confidentiality handled?

Your privacy is non-negotiable. Executive transitions involve sensitive timelines and career developments. All coaching sessions, worksheet entries, and communications are strictly confidential, and we can sign an NDA prior to beginning our engagement if required.

7. What is the first step to get started?

We start with a confidential Align Discovery Call. During this session, we will briefly discuss your current career inflection point, goals, or organizational dynamics to determine if we are a mutual fit and map out the optimal path forward.
